This session will focus on survey design and the new respondent experience. The world has changed but the way we communicate in research has remained the same. We will teach you the dos and don’ts of creating a survey that someone will focus on, pay attention to, and give you back better data.

We want you to get data back that you will have an increased level of confidence in. We can’t fix survey fraud, but we can help. Let’s minimize lazy/fatigued responders. Let’s not have confusing red herrings blocking out good responders. Let’s create surveys that are mobile friendly. Remember 65% of the respondents are on a mobile phone, creating a whole different response model for your data.

After completing this training, you should be able to: Design a survey that will make it better for you, your panel, your partners and your clients. We will teach you how to focus on creating a good, interesting survey, respondent quality and an engaging experience that will have your members coming back again and again.
