ESOMAR is deeply saddened to post this news of the passing of Naomi Henderson, Founder & CEO of RIVA.
ESOMAR Member Naomi was one of our industry "greats" - a pioneer, a leader and an entrepreneur, as well as a teacher and mentor to countless researchers. She was a "guru" in the field of qualitative research, globally recognized for her mastery of the discipline while staying fully updated on new technologies and developments in the field.
Naomi's final ESOMAR Community Circle
At ESOMAR, we were delighted to have had the pleasure of Naomi’s company on a couple of occasions, most recently at our Community Circle event on 19 October.
During this session, Naomi regaled us wonderfully with her stories and insights and simply underlined what an inspiration she has been to so many; for anyone interested in listening to that session.
Virtual Memorial Service
Her virtual memorial service will be held Friday 28th January, at 11:00 am US EST. Details on how to join, as well as her obituary, can also be found on Naomi's Memorial Page.

Our industry, and so many researchers, will miss her enormously; her warmth, compassion, and wisdom were unique, timeless and irreplaceable. Our thoughts are with Naomi’s family and her team at RIVA.
