Quantum Consumer Solutions has announced the promotion of Siddharth Kapur from Associate Partner to Partner, India, a move that further extends and fortifies the senior management team in the region.

Siddharth’s extensive experience in brand building and consumer strategy for global clients has already proven invaluable since he joined Quantum’s Mumbai office in 2022.

Sid’s growth mindset, focus on building stronger client connections and expertise in strategy are in sync with Quantum’s own ambitions and vision to deliver world class human insights led strategy. Sid will focus on driving greater value creation for our clients with an emphasis on strategy, GTM and innovation.

Lucile joined ESOMAR in June 2021. She works on the development, implementation and optimisation of marketing campaigns (email, social media, advertising), as well as the coordination of the media partnership programme.

Before Lucile joined ESOMAR, she worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at BoerenBed B.V for a couple of years in the Netherlands and as a Marketing Assistant in Dublin (Ireland) and Caen (France) where she is originally from.
