Want to see the whole broadcast on "Overcoming privacy issues in the post-COVID era"?
ESOMAR has celebrated International Privacy Day by broadcasting a global discussion under the theme “Overcoming privacy issues in the post-COVID era,” on the role of data protection and privacy, and the emerging challenges and opportunities worldwide.
What is Privacy Day?

Data Protection Day is now observed all over the world and is known as Privacy Day outside of Europe.
The discussion, hosted by Claudio Gennaro, ESOMAR's Senior Advocacy Programmes Coordinator, hosted a special keynote titled "Data Protection: From Individual Rights and Consumer Protection to Power, Civil Rights and Common Prosperity" by Jules Polonetsky, CEO of the Future of Privacy Forum and a global panel with the participation of international experts from the research, data and insights community who shared their views about incoming challenges and opportunities.
