ESOMAR is proud to announce the appointment of three distinguished professionals as new representatives. These appointments reinforce our commitment to promoting industry excellence and ethical standards on an international scale.
Meet the New ESOMAR Representatives:
Claudia Kuhlmann, co-representing Germany
Claudia studied sociology in Bielefeld and began her career at the Emnid Institute before joining Interrogare in 2005. Over the years, she has held various roles, excelling in project coordination and connecting people. Now responsible for purchasing, procurement, and project management, Claudia has witnessed Interrogare's growth from a small team to a full-service market research institute with international reach. After attending the ESOMAR Congress in 2017, she was inspired to increase German participation in the global insights community. As an ESOMAR Representative, Claudia is eager to leverage her network to bring ESOMAR closer to the German market and promote the opportunities within the insights industry.
Andreas Knappstein, co- representing Germany
Born and raised in Düsseldorf, Germany, Andreas studied business administration in Cologne and Aachen before launching a career at Toshiba and transitioning into the insights industry in 2005. With a passion for technology and methods, Andreas has held key roles in Market Research and Customer Experience (CX), including Head of Key Account Management at Questback, partner at Liveloop GmbH, and Sales Director at respondi AG. Since 2015, Andreas has been with Bilendi, currently serving as Managing Director for the D-A-CH region. Actively engaged in the market research community, Andreas contributes to sustainability initiatives through ADM and holds memberships in several industry associations. As an ESOMAR Representative,Andreas is motivated to strengthen the association's presence in Germany, leveraging an extensive network built over two decades to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
Estefanía Clavero, representing Spain
As a Senior Partner at Instituto DYM, a leading market and social research firm in Spain, Estefanía has over 20 years of experience in strategic project development across various sectors. With a PDG from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Public Relations from European University, Estefanía excels in customer insight, quantitative research, and marketing research, delivering actionable results for clients. Passionate about social research, Estefanía has contributed to studies on sustainability and public opinion. Estefanía manages internal operations, client relations, and HR at Instituto DYM, coordinates international projects, and represents the firm in the Spanish Association of Insights and Analytics, actively participating at EFAMRO. With a deep connection to the association and a focus on ethical practices, Estefanía is eager to explore AI integration in market research and is well-suited to represent Spain at ESOMAR, contributing to the advancement of global research methodologies.
