Garreth has led major technology projects such as developing Evolved Human Listening, which uses AI to engage meaningfully with customers
With experience on both the client and supplier side, Garreth has a deep understanding of the needs of consumers and is passionate about using technology to enhance human experiences. Garreth has a strong passion for CX, EX, brand research, qualitative methods and all things analytics.
Sally Joubert
ESOMAR Representative, CEO at Luma ResearchSally is a leading figure in advertising research world-wide. She co-founded Luma (formerly Advertising Development Solutions), a specialist brand, advertising and communications research agency in 1991.
Luma developed a unique advertising pre-testing technique called Sally has worked with some of the largest global brands and has spoken at many conferences and seminars, sharing her experience and passion for developing great brands. She is a fellow of the AMSRS and currently the Australian Representative for ESOMAR.
Sally holds a BA (Hons) and an MA (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne.
Prior to founding Luma Sally commenced her career at Cadbury Schweppes as a Graduate Trainee.
Andrew Maher
Founding Partner at CIE LegalRay Poynter
President at ESOMARRay has spent the last 45 years at the intersection of insights, research, and new thinking. Ray has held director-level positions with companies such as The Research Business, IntelliQuest, Millward Brown, and Vision Critical. Ray is committed to the research and insights industry, having been a member of ESOMAR for over 30 years and a fellow of the MRS.
In recent years Ray’s work has focused on training, writing, speaking and sharing. Ray has run training workshops for a variety of national and international organisations, including RANZ, TRS, JMRA, MRS and ESOMAR. Ray has written textbooks, taught at Saitama and Nottingham Universities, regularly blogs, and is active on social media.
In 2023, Ray was elected President of ESOMAR.
