Lisa Wilding-Brown appointed as InnovateMR’s new Chief Executive Officer
ESOMAR is excited to share that ESOMAR Council Member Lisa Wilding-Brown has been appointed as InnovateMR’s new Chief Executive Officer! InnovateMR’s co-founders Matt Dusig, George Llorens, and Gregg Lavin, as well as President, Michael Anderson, will now serve on the firm’s Board of Directors and will continue to work with the executive team.
Former Chief Research Officer at InnovateMR, Wilding-Brown has been with the business since the firm's inception in 2014. As an ESOMAR Council member, Insights Association Laureate, WIRexec leader, and founding member of the Multicultural Insights Collective, Wilding-Brown has an impressive career in insights, and has the passion to further advance the industry and mission of ESOMAR in her new role.

Lisa serves on the board for both the MMRA and UTA’s Master of Science in Marketing Research and she is an active contributor to WIRexec, the Women-in-Research mentorship program and the Global Research Business Network. Lisa is a widely sought after global speaker and has presented at such conferences as AAPOR, ESOMAR, the MRMW North America and Europe, The MRS, The Insights Association, IIEX, SampleCon. She has published research related to business transformation, operational efficiency, data privacy, multicultural insights, participant engagement, online survey design, fraud mitigation and mobile best practices.
ESOMAR is thrilled to start this new chapter with Lisa at the helm! The organization is looking forward to working alongside Lisa as she grows and strives for greatness within this role or as the new CEO of InnovateMR. Her place in this role is not only an inspiration to ESOMAR members, but it is also an exciting moment for women in leadership.

Tracy O’Calir, President at TOCMediaWith 20+ years of marketing and communication experience, Tracy and her team of marketing professionals provide marketing support within the United States and Canada markets. In addition, Ms. O’Clair collaborates with numerous North American market research associations and entities, including the North American ESOMAR representatives and council members, ESOMAR’s internal marketing and membership teams, the Marketing Research Institute International (MRII), and the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC).
In 2009, Tracy founded TOCmedia, a boutique digital marketing agency. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Strategy and Management. Tracy resides in Maine and frequently works from Frederick, Maryland.
