ESOMAR is proud to announce the appointment of several distinguished professionals as new national representatives. These new appointments reflect ESOMAR’s ongoing commitment to fostering global collaboration, promoting ethical standards, and advancing the insights industry across regions.

Meet the New ESOMAR Representatives:

Patricia Beber Marques, co-representing Brazil
Patricia Beber Marques, Chief Performance Officer at Ipsos Brazil, brings more than 14 years of international experience in Spain and Portugal to her new role. At Ipsos, she has led transformative initiatives, driving innovation and significantly improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. With her deep understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuance, Patricia is well-positioned to strengthen ESOMAR’s engagement in Brazil and support the local insights community through a forward-looking and collaborative approach.

Florian Kögl, representing Austria
Founder and CEO of ReDem®, Florian Kögl joins ESOMAR as the new representative for Austria. Florian has been at the forefront of AI-driven survey quality assurance and has played a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge SaaS platforms. His entrepreneurial background and global perspective are complemented by his current role as President of the Austrian Market Research Association (VMÖ). As an ESOMAR Representative, Florian aims to foster innovation and elevate quality standards within the Austrian market research industry.

Sandeep Singh, representing India
With more than 23 years of experience in market research, Sandeep Singh, Managing Director for APAC at InnovateMR, takes on the role of ESOMAR Representative for India. A trailblazer in online research methodologies, Sandeep has a proven history of scaling businesses and delivering data-driven insights. He is a passionate advocate for quality and integrity in research and looks forward to strengthening the presence of ESOMAR within India’s fast-evolving insights ecosystem.

Rastislav Kočan, representing Slovakia
Rastislav Kočan, Founder and Managing Partner of Go4insight, and President of the Slovak Association of Survey Agencies (SAVA), joins ESOMAR as the new representative for Slovakia. With nearly 25 years in the industry, including a long tenure at GfK Slovakia, Rastislav is known for his commitment to professional excellence and ethical research. He aims to further elevate the standards of market research in Slovakia and foster deeper connections with the global research community.

Nuala Harris-Morele, representing South Africa
Nuala Harris-Morele brings two decades of experience to her new role as ESOMAR Representative for South Africa. Having worked across both agency and client sides, including leading the media division at Kantar in Africa and managing projects across sub-Saharan Africa, Nuala offers unique expertise in audience measurement and media insights. Her strategic outlook and regional knowledge will be instrumental in growing ESOMAR’s footprint across the African continent.

Oluwakemi Osoba, representing Nigeria
Oluwakemi Osoba, Managing Director of Camille Market Insight Limited, joins ESOMAR as the new representative for Nigeria. With over 20 years of experience in market and social research, Oluwakemi has led high-impact projects throughout Nigeria and West Africa, supporting numerous global brands. Her deep expertise and commitment to data-driven decision-making position her to be a strong voice for ethical and high-quality research in the region.

Carlos Hernandez Jr., representing Portugal
Carlos Hernandez Jr. brings 25 years of international experience to his new role as ESOMAR Representative for Portugal. His career spans key roles at Nielsen, Kantar, Reckitt Benckiser, and Abbott Laboratories, across three continents. Now based in Portugal, Carlos is eager to leverage his global experience to enrich the local research community and foster cross-border knowledge exchange in the insights industry.

Majed Ghorbal, representing Kuwait
Majed Ghorbal, Head of Insights at the National Bank of Kuwait, brings over 25 years of experience to his new role as ESOMAR Representative for Kuwait. With a career spanning both agency and client sides, Majed is a recognized expert in customer-centric research and ethical data practices. His dedication to improving the research landscape through innovation and collaboration will be a valuable asset to the ESOMAR community.

Sandra Straube, representing Bolivia
Sandra Straube, founder of Captura Consulting, joins ESOMAR as the new representative for Bolivia. With a background in Commercial Engineering and a Master of Science from SBC in Switzerland, Sandra has spent the last 26 years building a research firm dedicated to ethical practices and quality. Her leadership and commitment to raising industry standards in Bolivia will be central to ESOMAR’s mission in the region.

David Deeley, representing Ireland
David Deeley, Senior Insights Manager at Kerry Group for the Europe region, takes on the role of ESOMAR Representative for Ireland. With a decade of experience across agencies, industry, and management consulting, David is known for his human-centered design thinking and strategic insight generation. His focus on cultural understanding and business impact makes him a strong advocate for the power of research in driving change.

Jose Lopez, representing Honduras
Jose Lopez, Account Director at Mercaplan Central America & Caribbean, becomes the new ESOMAR Representative for Honduras. With 18 years of experience managing qualitative and quantitative projects across Latin America, Jose brings deep regional knowledge and a passion for understanding consumer behavior. His focus on delivering reliable and actionable insights aligns perfectly with ESOMAR’s core values.
