How do I register as an exhibitor or sponsor?
Feel free to register those who will be on-site with the registration codes provided by ESOMAR. Our suggestion is to do this as quickly as possible so that you are kept up to date on all the exciting developments around the event. For questions, please get in touch with events@esomar.org.
How do I book my accommodation?
You can see the options for staying in Singapore on the venue page.
How do I get an invitation letter for a visa to Singapore?
You will see all the requirements and advice for travelling and entering Singapore on the venue page. You can also request an invitation letter on the page if you require one.

What is included in my stand?
Depending on the size stand you have ordered; you have different things included in the package. Just double-check your contract to see which size stand you have ordered
Info point package - 3 Square meter stand
The info point package includes - a 1-meter wide back wall; stand number; 1x Spotlight; 1x high table + 2x high stool; 1x Wastebin; 1 x power socket with 1 outlet (Singapore regulations only allow 1 piece to be plugged into a socket so if you have -eg- additional computers you will require additional sockets.)
Please order and pay for the graphics for the back wall (the largest part of the stand) with SHOWKAZE
Please note - there is no carpet included in the stand. Carpet can be ordered from SHOWKAZE. The shadow is to show the size of the stand.

Medium stand package 6 square meters
The medium stand package includes - 2 meter back wall; stand number; 1 x Spotlight; 1 x power socket with 1 outlet (Singapore regulations only allow 1 piece to be plugged into a socket so if you have -eg- additional computers you will require additional sockets.); 1 x Wastebin.
Please remember that furniture is NOT included and needs to be ordered and paid for

Larger stands - 9 Square meters and larger
These spaces include - 1 x power socket with 1 outlet ((Singapore regulations only allow 1 piece to be plugged into a socket so if you have -eg- additional computers you will require additional sockets) and 1 x wastebin
Please note furniture and shell schemes are NOT included and need to be ordered and paid for
Customised stand design can be arranged and discussed with our supplier SHOWKAZE directly
If you wish to use a different supplier, then that is no problem, but your stand design needs to be submitted to SHOWKAZE before it is built so that we can be 100% sure that it will meet the various health and safety requirements of the venue and the Singaporean government. Stand approval needs to be submitted before 06 October 2023
Shipments
How do I ship to the venue?
We suggest that you contact SHOWKAZE for your shipment needs. They will help with storing your materials and delivery of your packages to the venue in time for the event. Details are in the online exhibition kit.

Please feel free to send items like brochures or gifts. Unfortunately SHOWKAZE cannot accept heavy mockups/machinery or heavy display items for the stands.
Please ensure that you include your booth number and company name on the label
How do I ship my materials back after the event?
If you need to ship boxes back to your offices please ensure that this is organised with your own shipper
Please be sure that your stand is clean at the end of the event and that your packages are ready to go - it will help us clear the venue and save you on potential cleaning fees
Additional information
Can I display promotional materials?
Yes, definitely, but they do need to remain within your own stand space to avoid any issues with your neighbours
Can I order food and/or beverages on my stand?
Certainly, all food and drinks need to be ordered through the venue (they will charge a corkage fee for external supplies), so feel free to contact Annechien (annechien.degroot@esomar.org) if you need help.
