Overview
‘We need Insight’ is one of the most common statements that we hear – but what does that really mean? Insights are essential to underpin strategies – from comms to innovation to brand positioning and beyond. However, an understanding of what an insight is and how to develop them is not consistently known or adopted in organisations.
So …how do I know if/when I have an insight? How do I create and deliver them? This course helps to demystify ‘insights’ and provides practical guidance in how to develop and use them, to ensure that your plans are built from a strong understanding of your consumer.
What will you learn?
The purpose of the course is to better understand what an insight is and how you can develop them by being closer to your consumers, enabling richer consumer understanding and stronger base on which to build your plans. Through presentations, discussions and practical exercises, you will:
Understand what an Insight is and how they can be developed
Engage in a ‘hands-on’ case study to fully experience the insight development process
Understand how you can adopt everyday insightful behaviours
Who should attend?
This course is open to client-side & agency-side researchers/planners/insight leads as well as marketing/brand managers at all levels who are interested in learning about how to develop and use insights.
