How do I register as an exhibitor or sponsor?
Feel free to register those who will be on-site with the registration codes provided by ESOMAR. Our suggestion is to do this as quickly as possible so that you are kept up to date on all the exciting developments around the event. For questions, please get in touch with events@esomar.org.
How do I book my accommodation?
On the venue page, you can see the options for staying at the Swissotel Chicago.
How do I get an invitation letter for a visa to the USA?
You will see all the requirements and advice for travelling and entering the USA on the venue page. You can also request a visa invitation letter on the page if you require one.
What is included in my stand?
Depending on the size stand that you have ordered you have different things included in the package. Just double-check your contract to see which size stand you have ordered
Info point package - 3 Square meter stand
The info point package includes - a 1-meter wide back wall; 1x high table + 1x high stool; 1x waste bin;1x arm light; wifi and 1x 3AC power strip.
Please order the graphics for the back wall (the largest part of the stand) via Ashley ashley@vipertradeshow.com using the PDF below
Please note - all stand graphics submissions and orders need to be placed by 24 May 2024.
Medium stand package 6 square meters
The medium stand package includes - a 2-meter wide back wall; 1x high table + 1x high stool; 1x waste bin; 1 arm light; wifi and 1x 3AC power strip.

Larger stand packages - 9 Square meters or larger
These spaces include - 1x waste bin; wifi and 1x 3AC Power Strip
Please note that furniture, back wall and a carpet are NOT included and need to be ordered
Customised stand design can be arranged and discussed with our supplier Ashley ashley@vipertradeshow.com using the order form below.
Please note - all stand graphics and orders need to be placed by 24 May 2024.
If you wish to use a different supplier, then that is no problem, but your stand design needs to be submitted to Ashley ashley@vipertradeshow.com before it is built so that we can be 100% sure that it will meet the various health and safety requirements of the venue. Stand approval needs to be submitted before 1 May 2024.
Shipments
How do I ship to the venue?
We suggest that you contact Viper for your shipment needs. They will help with customs clearances, storing of your materials and delivery of your packages to the venue in time for the event.

How do I ship my materials back after the event?
Again we would suggest using Viper to ship any packages back after the event. Please be sure to organise this with Viper before the end of the event.

Please be sure that your stand is clean at the end of the event and that your packages are ready to go - it will help us clear the venue and save you on potential cleaning fees.
Additional information
Can I display promotional materials?
Yes definitely but they do need to remain within your own stand space to avoid any issues with your neighbours.
Can I order food and/or beverages on my stand?
Certainly. All food and drinks need to be ordered through the hotel (they will charge a corkage fee for external supplies) so feel free to contact Annechien (annechien.degroot@esomar.org) if you need help.
